Please note that the Scope of Work for apartments and condominiums are based on
two, three or four story buildings, but can be adapted to fit your companies'
specific needs.
Capacity Construction has been contracted in the past
for condominium projects of up to sixteen floors high. Bids are individually
calculated based on a number of characteristics, including location of jobsite
in proximity to landfills and recycling centers, insurance requirements and
scope of work required, etc. |
