01) Clean and dust all light fixtures. 

02) Dust baseboards and windowsills.

03) Dust all air returns and air registers.

04) Remove cobwebs.

05) Remove debris from all window tracts.

06) Remove debris from all sliding door and screen tracts.

07) Clean all mirrored wardrobe doors and tracts.

08) Wash interior/exterior windows.

09) Clean all light switch and receptacle covers.

10) Remove and clean off all manufacturing labels, stickers, etc. as required.

11) Clean metal liner, screens and doors on fireplace.

12) Wipe down all doors.

13) Clean entry threshold.

14) Damp mop hard surface floor covering and vacuum all carpeted floor covering.

Kitchen:

01) Remove trash from icemaker valve.

02) Damp mop hard surface floor covering.

03) Clean scuff marks from hard surface areas.

04) Clean all countertops.

05) Clean and polish appliances and fixtures.

06) Clean both sides of ceiling light fixtures.

07) Clean and dust all drawers, cabinets and shelves.

08) Lemon oil all natural wood cabinet surfaces.

Baths:

01) Clean and polish all mirrors.

02) Clean and polish all light fixtures.

03) Clean and polish all fixtures.

04) Clean and dust medicine cabinet.

05) Completely clean all tubs, shower enclosures and toilets.

06) Damp mop hard surface floor covering.

07) Clean and dust all drawers, cabinets and shelves.

08) Lemon oil all natural cabinet surfaces.

Exteriors:

01) Remove all debris from garage and driveway.

02) Clean (sweep as needed) and wash all walks and stoops.

03) Wash out garage and driveway to street (unless garage is being used for storage).
